Hello! Thank you for being interested in UTEP Panhellenic Fall Formal Recruitment!

We are excited to meet you and help you find your home!

UTEP Panhellenic Formal Recruitment is a four-day process where women interested in joining a Panhellenic sorority will meet and greet with our current chapter members and learn more about joining a Panhellenic sorority.

When you register for Formal Recruitment, you become a Potential New Member, also known as PNM! We have a team of Rho Gammas, also known as Recruitment Counselors, who will help serve as your guides for the week!

We begin with Orientation Day on Monday, giving potential new members an overview of the week. The following days include sessions where PNMs hear from each chapter, learn about their values, sisterhood, and philanthropy, and have one-on-one conversations with members to build personal connections.

The sessions are approximately 25 – 45 minutes based on the day, and we work with everyone to coordinate a schedule that works for all parties involved.

Monday, August 11 (open to all who register)

Orientation Day
Multiple Sessions Available
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM 

Tuesday, August 12 (open to all who register)

Open House Night
Check-in between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM
Rounds run from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Wednesday, August 13 (invite only)

Philanthropy Night
Check-in between 11:30 PM and 12:30 PM 
Rounds run from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Thursday, August 14 (invite only) 

Preference Night
Check-in between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM
Rounds run from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Friday, August 15  (invite only) 

Schedule conflicts:

Our goal is that everyone is available as much as possible to help during the time frame listed for each night. At a minimum, you will want to be available for at least 2 hours during the time frame. However, if you have class, work, or another prior commitment, we ask that you don't hesitate to get in touch with our team to share that with us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate your schedule each day.

We encourage you to attend all rounds throughout the recruitment period to meet all of the Panhellenic Sororities.
